What a buyer checks

Watch someone shop on a phone and the order is close to the same every time. They swipe the photos, look for the size or the scale, check the price, then scroll for anything that might stop them: materials, care, delivery time, return terms. A good product page puts those answers where the thumb already goes.

  • Photos in a set order: the whole item, the back or the other side, close detail, and something that shows scale
  • Options that show only what you make, and a clear message when a size is sold out
  • Price, and a short note on shipping cost or free shipping thresholds
  • Materials, size or volume, and care, written as short facts
  • When it ships, especially for made-to-order or pre-order items
  • A link to the returns page, near the add to cart button

Descriptions

We write product copy from your notes, a quick call or the item itself in photos. Each description opens with what the thing is and who it suits, then gives the facts in a scannable block. We keep a shared voice across the range, so the whole shop reads like one person wrote it. If you'd rather write your own, we'll give you a template per product type and edit what you send.

Photos

Most small shops have more photos than they think and fewer of the right ones. We go through what you have, pick the strongest, crop to a consistent shape and size them so pages stay quick. Where a key angle is missing, you get a short shot list per product that you can do on a table near a window.

Collections and search

Collection pages group the range the way shoppers think: by type, by occasion, by color or by price band. We write a short intro for each one, set the sort order and add filters only where the range is big enough to need them. Each product and collection gets its own title and description for search engines, and product data is marked up so search results can show price and stock.

Questions

Can you redo product pages on a shop I already run?

Yes. Many projects start there. We rewrite and reorder the pages on your current platform, without moving the shop.

Do you show reviews on product pages?

If your platform supports reviews from real buyers, we place them where shoppers look. We never write or import reviews ourselves.

Have products and no shop yet, or a shop that leaks orders? Tell us what you sell, how many products you have and where you ship.
