1. Brief and quote
You send the form with what you sell, roughly how many products and where you ship. We reply with a few questions, then a written quote listing the platform we suggest, the pages and emails included, what we need from you and a target launch date. Work starts once you accept it.
2. Product sheet
We send a spreadsheet template for your products, options, weights and stock. This is usually the longest stage, and you can fill it in bit by bit while we move on with the next steps.
3. Order path
We draw your shop's order path, like the drawings on the samples page, and agree on every stop: which pages exist, what each email says and how returns work. Changing the plan here costs almost nothing.
4. Design
We style the home page, one collection page and one product page with your logo, colors and photos, on desktop and phone. You mark up what you'd change, and the rest of the shop follows the approved look.
5. Build and test orders
We load the products, write the pages and emails, connect payments and set shipping rates. Then we place test orders on a phone and a computer, including a refund, and send you the list of what was checked.
6. Launch and the first week
We connect your domain, switch off test mode and watch the first real orders with you. If anything in checkout or the emails needs a tweak, it gets fixed that week. You get the logins and a short guide to adding products and editing pages.

Product data, photos and account access are used only for your project. If part of the work goes to a production partner, they work under a confidentiality agreement. See the privacy policy.
